When you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company name, and any details you share about your support setup. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited and browser type to improve the site.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to demo requests, tailor the product walkthrough to your team, and send product updates you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Product knowledge you share
Docs, PDFs, and ticket exports you provide during a demo or pilot are used only to run Sytraa for your team. They are never used to train models for other customers.
Data retention
Demo request details are kept while we work with you and deleted on request. Knowledge sources uploaded during a pilot are removed when the pilot ends unless you ask us to keep them.
Security
Access to customer data is limited to the team members running your demo or pilot. Human approval is required before any AI-drafted reply leaves the system.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by reaching out through the Book a Demo page.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a revised date.
