Using Sytraa Tech
Sytraa Tech provides an AI support copilot that drafts source-backed replies from your product knowledge. By using the website or booking a demo, you agree to these terms.
Early access
Sytraa is in early access. Features marked "Coming Soon" or "Planned" on the site are under development and may change before release.
Your content
You retain all rights to the docs, PDFs, and ticket data you share with us. You grant Sytraa a limited right to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
Human approval
AI-drafted replies are reviewed and approved by your team before being sent. You are responsible for the final content of any reply you approve.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use Sytraa to generate unlawful or misleading content.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" during early access. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sytraa Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version is always available on this page.
